Outside Sales - We are seeking experienced Outside Wholesale Account Executives in the following states; CA, AZ, CO, UT, ID, OR & TX with established and active broker/client portfolios for our Commercial & Residential Segment. Whether you are an experienced residential AE or an already established Commercial AE, Athas Capital provides liquidity, multiple products, and national territories. Offer more product, offer better service, and gain national exposure as there are no designated territories for our field agents. If you have an established broker/client base our dedicated marketing department will market for you while you concentrate on furthering your B2B originations! Underwriter/ Quality Control Analyst:

Seeking accomplished and highly skilled Underwriter with a minimum of 5 years experience. Although a plus, Fannie, Freddie, VA and FHA certification is not necessary as Athas Capital is a portfolio lender that determines its own guidelines. Seeking individual that has enormous work ethic and dedication. Individual must be independent decision maker and be able to derive solutions while maintaining high level of ethics, compliance and due diligence. Applicant must exhibit full understanding of income analysis, credit analysis, title analysis, RESPA and TILA regulations, State and Federal regulations, REG Z, review of entity and trust docs, hazard insurance, fraud due diligence and vast knowledge in both refinance and purchase transactions. Commercial underwriting background and experience is a plus. Must be able to commute to Calabasas, CA five days a week.

Wholesale Account Manager / Processor / Junior Underwriter (“AM”)

Seeking experienced, committed and hardworking professional AM with minimum 4 years experience and exceptional customer service qualities. Must be an accomplished problem solver with the ability to multitask and handle a large pipeline. Must have full understanding of Calyx/Point and experienced in dealing with Borrowers and Mortgage Brokers. Applicant must exhibit full understanding of income analysis, title analysis, RESPA and TILA disclosures, hazard insurance, and refinance and purchase transactions. Must be able to commute to Calabasas, CA five days a week.

Loan Funding and Doc Preparer:

Seeking experienced Doc Preparer and Loan Funder. Individual must have knowledge in Federal and State High Cost, HOEPA guidelines and be skilled in Calyx/Point. Applicant must be very detailed oriented and be able to maintain high level of diligence in a fast pace environment. Responsibilities include data entry, review of State and Federal regulatory compliance, quality control review of loan documents pre and post closing, working with title, escrow and underwriting to clear funding, title and internal trailing conditions. Must be able to commute to Calabasas, CA five days a week.

Loan Servicing Specialist:

Seeking qualified loan servicer with experience in servicing in house portfolios. Institutional background dealing with secondary market, boarding and shipping with lender investors is a plus but not a requirement as all loans are serviced and retained in house. Job responsibilities include maintenance of servicing platform, boarding loans with subservicing entity, maintenance of internal spreads, facilitating payoffs, re-conveyance, releases, lender withholds and draws/disbursements, welcome letters, delinquency notices, collections, escrow impounds, and investor relations. Individual must be proactive in maintenance of insurance policies, final title policies, original recorded instruments, and be actively aware of portfolio payment and delinquency status. Must be able to commute to Calabasas, CA five days a week.

Front Office Reception:

Seeking experienced and reliable individual for front desk office and reception position. Must have a bright, friendly and positive demeanor with professional appearance. Must be proficient in typing skills and have broad knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. Applicant should be able to demonstrate the ability to handle high call volume while maintaining logs, calendars for Officers and Management, maintenance of office supplies, mailroom, scheduling of events/meetings/conferences and greeting clients and investors. Although not a requirement having a notary license is an additive skill. Must be able to commute to Calabasas, CA five days a week.
